    Metric Century , Metric Half Century
&
15 Mile Ride

    Come Join the Fun….
    with three great rides to choose from starting and finishing at historic
    Live Oak Park in Fallbrook, California. The rides take you through the
    beautiful rolling hills and fruit orchards of Fallbrook with sweeping
    views of the countryside throughout the courses.

    We will ride RAIN or SHINE.
    This is a ride, not a race!

    Entry Fee includes T-Shirt, goody bag, SAG stop refreshments,
    roving bike support, CHP, medical support, Hawaiian BBQ, music,
    Stone Brew beer garden and lots of festivities.

Route Information
The Metric Century has 6,000 feet of elevation and will begin with beautiful canopies of oak trees along Live Oak  road,
then continue through the winding roads of Rainbow and up majestic Couser Canyon, a cycling favorite. The Circle R
Avenue climb will prove to be a worthy challenge, but riders will be rewarded with spectacular views and a SAG stop
not far away. The course continues through the valleys and horse fields of Bonsall, then a descent down Old HWY
395 before heading back to Live Oak Park to the finish and festivities.

The
Metric Half Century is a beautiful ride with over 3,200 feet of elevation, including Couser Canyon with its windy
roads and spectacular scenery. The views continue up through West Lilac with three SAG Stops along the course. A
fast descent down Old Hwy 395 before the last few climbs back to Live Oak Park to the finish and festivities.

The
15 mile ride has 1,000 feet of elevation and is a scenic route for those looking for a shorter, but still challenging
ride. The ride includes Live oak Road and continues through the agricultural community of Rainbow before returning  
into the hills of Fallbrook and back to Live oak Park to the finish and food!

Directions
Fallbrook is located in San Diego North County near to Riverside and Orange County and is a short 18-mile drive from the
Pacific Ocean. The greater Fallbrook area is well known for its gently rolling hills, lush groves, ancient oak trees, equestrian
and walking trails, nature preserves, and Mediterranean climate.
From Interstate 15, exit west at Pala Road and travel 0.2 miles. Turn right on Old Hwy 395 (at the Mobile Station), then
travel 4 miles. Turn left on Reche Road and travel 2.2 miles to Gird Road (stoplight). Turn right into Live Oak Park entrance.
From Interstate 5, exit 76 East and travel 20 miles, continuing through Bonsall. Turn left on Gird Road (stoplight) and
travel 4 miles until road ends. Cross Reche Road into Live Oak Park entrance.
Parking: Parking will be available in Live Oak Park main entrance as well as in the west entrance. If needed parking will also
be available at Living Waters Church approx. 3/4 a mile west on Reche Road.

Village, the Gas Lamp District, or Coronado.

Registration
Register online at Active.com or print the pdf version of the mail-in registration
form. A signed waiver and entry fee is required for every participant. The fee is
$48 for all rides. Event day registration is acceptable. An extra $10 fee will be
charged for registration after March 29th,2008.

Tandem entries are an additional $10 for the second rider. Please provide name
and waiver. Non-Rider meals are $10 per adult or $5 per child.
